My experience with Carissa was a little unique in that I found her via Instagram and was immediately drawn to her passion she expressed for her clients, most specifically in the (spoiler alert…) personalized, hand drawn sketches of her client’s dogs given as housewarming gifts. You can’t go wrong with anyone who recognizes the value of a dog in each family and gives such a meaningful gift to appreciate that. It was also unique because I contacted her from Utah as I was preparing to relocate to the Phoenix valley. She was extremely responsive from the very first email, accommodated my tight timeline by making herself available to me at each short trip into town, and she coordinated all the necessary pieces of the puzzle for me while I was wrapping things up in Utah. After the general inspection turned up some indications of the roof reaching end of its life, she negotiated a brand new roof, making me that much more confident in my investment decision. This is my first experience relocating away from home and very easily could have been an overwhelmingly stressful process. Having Carissa on my team made all the difference!

I never really write reviews but I am one of those people that reads them all, so I’d definitely say Carissa was amazing and very helpful. I wanted to take the time to review her because I’d absolutely recommend Carissa for anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell their home. I was looking to rent and was under a huge time crunch. We were moving from Tucson to Phoenix for my new job and we needed to find a place as soon as possible. Carissa approached me by email and immediately sent me 42 properties to look at around the area. We narrowed our search and she met with us to look at a few properties. She prioritized our needs, which were finding a safe neighborhood and a house that would take our three dogs. Carissa was very approachable, engaging, respectful of our needs, and understood our time sensitive situation. I am very pleased with her extremely fast service and I am very thankful we found a good place that would fit all our needs.
